Eagle Cove Beach House sits on the mainland in Tulalip, WA—surrounded by trees, perched above the water, and perfectly set up for groups. You’ll feel tucked away the minute you arrive. It’s quiet, private, and the view is the main event.

    We built Eagle Cove for our family around one idea: big gatherings should feel effortless. That means spaces that actually work for groups—7 bedrooms, multiple living areas, lots of seating, and a layout where kids can have their own zone without everyone being on top of each other. It’s a home for family reunions, milestone weekends, church groups, and teams who want time together without the hotel vibe.

     You'll spend your days outside—watching the light change over the Sound, beachcombing, listening to the waves, and ending the night by the firepit. And inside, you’ll find a comfortable, well-equipped home that’s meant to be lived in: big meals, slow mornings, and plenty of space to settle in.

     Eagle Cove has been family-run and operated since 2005, and our family built the homes here. Over the years, we’ve refined the layout and the experience with one goal in mind: making it easy for families and groups to create the kind of memories they’ll still be talking about long after they head home.
